When a valid DMCA notice is received, we will act swiftly to remove or limit access to the infringing content in accordance with applicable DMCA provisions. Be advised that your notice, including your contact data, may be shared with the accused party to facilitate a response.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe the removal was incorrect, you may issue a counter-notification. This document must include:

• The material removed and its original location;
• Your contact info;
• A perjury-bound statement of mistaken takedown;
• Your consent to federal court jurisdiction;
• Your signature, either electronic or physical.

Once we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the complainant. If they do not file a court action within 7 business days, we may reinstate the content in question.
